Kouros Village is situated right on the seashore in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the harbor of Antiparos.
The resort is built in the traditional Cycladic style, enhanced with modern architectural elements. The three buildings face the sea and are built around a garden and a pool. Kouros Village offers a variety of accommodation types, all with balconies and sea view.
The restaurant with a panoramic view over the harbor of Antiparos and the nearby island of Paros is by the poolside and the seashore. The harbor and the charming village of Antiparos with its pedestrian center with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, are only a few minutes away by foot.
Many of Antiparos’ beautiful beaches are in walking distance from Kouros Village.
Kouros Village offers a variety of apartments, studios, suites
and double rooms, all with balconies and sea view, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. Kitchenettes are available except in the double rooms, which have a fridge.
The apartments have two bedrooms with two beds in one of the rooms and a double bed or two beds in the other; the suites have one bedroom with two beds and a living room with dining area and two beds; the studios consist of one large room where two
to four people can sleep; the double rooms have two to three beds. Baby cots are available without extra charge.
Free Wireless Internet is available in the reception and restaurant area and around the pool. In the common area by
the reception is a wide screen television.
The buildings are equipped with solar water heaters and
a biological cleaning system.
Kouros Village restaurant has a panoramic view of the sea, the island of Paros and the harbor of Antiparos with ferries, traditional fishing boats, yachts and sailing boats. A wide selection of music caters to the different moods of the day.
On the menu are breakfasts such as omelets cooked to order, a proper English breakfast, Greek yoghurt topped with honey, fresh fruits and walnuts, all served with bread from the local baker and freshly squeezed orange juice. The American type pancakes with syrup are a bestseller loved by most children.
A range of snacks, pastas, salads, and Greek specialties are offered for lunch, for example classic Club Sandwiches, Mediterranean pasta with sundried tomatoes, olives and feta cheese, Cretan dakos with fresh tomatoes and xinomysithra, the local soft goat cheese, and kalamarakia with homemade tzatziki. A bottle of the Kouros Village wine, a glass of cold beer, or ouzo with ice goes very well with the surroundings and the meals.
The kitchen is closed in the evening but the bar stays open with a selection of fine wines, cocktails, beers, coffees, juices, soft drinks and ice-creams.
The focal point at Kouros Village is the swimming pool with its comfortable sun beds. The area surrounding the pool is for recreation, sunbathing and games. The buildings protect it from the north winds, and umbrellas offer shade for those who wish.
The children love the pool and many have found new friends and learned how to swim at Kouros village. Parents are entirely responsible for their children’s safety and must not leave them unattended while they are playing in or around the pool.
The pool is filled with fresh water. A high quality cleaning system and daily control of level of antiseptic chemicals guarantee a hygienic swimming environment.
